Learn how to create and manage your first Decay Zone.

Creating a Zone​

  1. Mark the area: Use /decay setpos1 and /decay setpos2 at opposite corners of the desired cuboid region.
  2. Create the zone: Run /decay create <name> to finalize the zone.
  3. Verify: You can see the zone boundaries using /decay show <name>.

Managing Zones via GUI​

The GUI provides a visual way to manage your zones without typing commands. Access it with /decay gui.

GUI Features​

  • Zone List: See all active zones and their status.
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle decay for individual zones.
  • Set Duration: Adjust the decay timer for a specific zone.
  • Exemptions: Manage which blocks are excluded from decay in that zone.

Block Exemptions​

Some blocks (like Bedrock or Barriers) are exempt by default. You can add more blocks to the exemption list globally in config.yml or per-zone through the management GUI.
